Refund Policy – Pujavedam
At Pujavedam, every ritual is carefully scheduled, prepared, and performed with proper sankalp and adherence to Vedic vidhi. As these are time-bound and spiritually aligned services, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment

Once confirmed, the puja is scheduled with pandits and temple arrangements
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of booking

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

The cancellation is requested within the allowed time frame

The puja has not yet been performed or initiated

Once the puja has been conducted, no refunds will be applicable, as the ritual is completed on your behalf
4. Rescheduling

In certain cases, requests for rescheduling may be considered

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Incorrect details (name, gotra, intention) provided by the user

Failure to attend or access live/recorded session due to personal or technical issues

Change of mind after the puja has been scheduled or performed
6. Exceptions

In case a puja is not performed due to an issue from our side, appropriate resolution (rescheduling or refund) will be provided
7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
