At Pujavedam, every ritual is performed with correct vidhi, clear sankalp, and adherence to shastra, as prescribed in Vedic tradition.

  • The purpose of these rituals is to support balance, clarity, and positive movement in life

  • The outcome of any puja may vary based on individual karma, circumstances, and timing

  • Pujavedam does not claim to alter destiny, but to perform rituals in their authentic and intended form

3. User Responsibility

By booking a puja, you agree that:

  • All details provided (name, gotra, intention) are accurate and correct

  • These details are essential for taking proper sankalp before the ritual

  • You understand the purpose and nature of the selected puja

4. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment

  • The puja is scheduled based on availability and, where applicable, appropriate muhurat

  • Pujavedam reserves the right to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, with prior communication

5. Participation (Live / Recorded)

  • Users may receive access to live streaming or recorded videos of the puja

  • Access details will be shared via registered contact information

  • Pujavedam is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control (device/internet-related)

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy

  • No refunds are applicable once the puja has been performed

  • Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made within the defined timelines

7. Conduct of Rituals

  • All rituals are conducted by experienced Vedic pandits following proper vidhi

  • Minor variations may occur based on tradition, sampradaya, or pandit discretion, while maintaining authenticity

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Pujavedam’s responsibility is limited to performing the puja as described

  • The platform shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the use of services

9. Use of Website

  • Users agree not to misuse the website or services

  • Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation may result in denial of service

10. Changes to Terms
